Guests rave about the friendly and helpful staff that go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The clean and comfortable rooms have been mentioned by numerous reviewers, and many appreciate the hotel's good location near the airport. A complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport is also a plus.

아쉬운 점: Despite some negative feedback on customer service, the hotel's main concern is its outdated appearance, as mentioned by multiple guests who have stayed there.
