Guests have positively reviewed the hotel's excellent and friendly staff. The property's location near Union Square, Embarcadero, and Moscone Center is convenient for exploring the city. 아쉬운 점: Although good amenities are available, some guests felt the high amenity fee was restrictive. The rooms were small and slightly overpriced, with some mentioning resort fees.
