This hotel's prime location, a short shuttle ride from LAX airport, impressed guests. They also loved the free shuttle service and praised the attentive staff for their excellent customer service. Guests found the beds comfortable and rooms tidy, ensuring a pleasant stay.

아쉬운 점: Some guests reported dirty carpets and outdated facilities, but overall the experience is positive. A few reviewers felt the surrounding area was unsafe, which may be a concern for solo travelers.
