아쉬운 점: While the hotel has received some negative feedback, it's important to consider all aspects before making a decision. Some guests have reported concerns about cleanliness in common areas, but the rooms are generally tidy. A few guests have mentioned some maintenance issues and noise levels, but these are rare. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, some amenities are limited, which might be disappointing to some guests. A few guests have reported communication issues, but most staff are professional and friendly. It's essential to consider all of these factors before booking.
